How do I place an order online?
To place an order online, you must first create an account and log in. Once logged in, just select the items you want by “adding them to the basket”. When you have made your choice, go to your basket and click on the “order” tab. You will then be asked for invoicing, delivery and payment information before you check your order one last time. Once you have accepted the general terms and conditions, you must confirm your order and proceed to the payment. As soon as your order is finalised and the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Yes, you must create an account to place an order. This also allows you to track your order, receive an invoice and save it so you can place an order next time.
I forgot the password to access my account. How can I recover it?
Just click on “forgotten password”, enter your email address and you will automatically receive an email to reset it. If your email address is invalid, an error message will be displayed asking you to try another address.
How can I ensure that my order went through?
As soon as your order is finalised and the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Just click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter or send us a message via the contact form.
Payment methods, shipping costs & delivery times
What payment methods are available? Are they secure?
You can pay for your purchases by credit card (MasterCard – VISA), debit card (Bancontact/Mister Cash – Maestro – Giropay) and PayPal.
All payment details and transactions are fully secured via the Mollie system.
Which countries do we deliver to?
We deliver your orders to a wide selection of countries. If your country is not listed among the available destinations, please feel free to contact us so that we can check delivery options for you.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
The cost is €5 for deliveries within Belgium (Bpost 3 to 8 working days).
Remember to support local businesses and short circuits! Feel free to come and collect your order directly from us. We would be delighted to meet you! This option can be chosen when finalising your online order.
Deliveries to France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Germany cost €8 (Bpost 3 to 8 working days).
Express delivery is possible via FedEx (2 working days). Rates vary depending on weight and destination.
Free delivery from €50 valid for deliveries to Belgium, France and Luxembourg only.
For all other countries, delivery costs vary depending on the total weight of the package and the priority (FedEx – 2 to 4 working days). You can check the price by entering the desired delivery location.
NOTE: We do our utmost to ensure that your chocolates are as perfect as possible when they arrive. This is why we reserve the right to postpone the dispatch of your order in the event of very hot weather.
Do I have to pay customs duties and/or taxes?
All the costs are included in the shipping charges.
Can I track my order online?
Yes. Once the order has been dispatched by Bpost or FedEx, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to follow its progress.
What happens if I'm not at home for delivery?
An attempted delivery note will be left for you. If your parcel was sent by Bpost, you will be asked to go to your post office. If it was sent by FedEx, you will be asked to schedule an appointment for a second delivery.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, of course. Just enter the desired delivery address.
I would like to send a gift, is it possible not to enclose the invoice with the package?
Yes, of course. However, we advise you to state this clearly on the contact form provided for this purpose when validating your order.
Can I attach a message to my order?
Yes, you can send us the message to be transcribed via the link provided for this purpose when finalising your order.
